Materials
Solid olive wood, turned from a single blank, fifteen centimetres tall with a thickened base. Grain and colour vary considerably between pieces.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. Never submerge it and never put it in the dishwasher — turned wood splits along the grain when it is soaked and then dried fast. Oil occasionally with food-grade mineral oil.
